Liquid Sulfonated Asphalt Drilling Fluid Additive
DenKnite is a proprietary liquid sulfonated asphalt drilling fluid additive formulated to enhance borehole stability, reduce HPHT fluid loss, minimize differential sticking, and improve lubricity in demanding drilling environments. The product promotes the formation of a thin, resilient, and low-permeability filter cake that assists in wellbore strengthening and shale stabilization while maintaining desirable drilling fluid properties.
Applications
DenKnite reduces HPHT fluid loss, improves borehole stability, and helps prevent differential sticking in challenging drilling conditions. It is especially effective in fractured and reactive shale formations for vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling operations.

Recommended Treatment
DenKnite may be added directly through the rig hopper, suction pit, or premix tank. Treatment concentration should be adjusted according to mud system properties, formation conditions, temperature, and fluid loss requirements.
